What About My Gun Rights?
In Indiana, you can in most cases get your gun rights back and purchase a firearm after an expungement. This is something that is much more difficult in many other states but not in Indiana. The statute allows for people that have been deemed a "proper person" to be able to have all of their civil rights restored including the right to bear a firearm which is a second amendment right in the United States constitiution. This process isn't automatic but requires the proper filing which we can help with. You do the actual filing.
Call or text us now to have us lookup your case to see if you're eligible for an expungement.

This is a quick process which can get the ball rolling immediately if you're eligible. Then we will get your expungement filed after payment.

Why Expunge?
Expungement vs Sealing
Expungement and sealing are often used interchangeably. In some states, an expungement completely erases the record from all sources -- it is absolutely deleted as if the arrest never ocurred. In Indiana, expungements work slightly differently but get essentially the same result.
In Indiana, a record expungement means that the record is sealed from public view so that it won't show up on background checks or public criminal history databases. Law enforcement can still see expunged records. An expungement in Indiana does not delete or completely destroy the record, but unless you are seeking to get employed in a law enforcement field (eg. police officer, FBI, etc.) this should not be a big deal.
If you're applying for a job (non-law enforcement), housing, a loan, school, etc. your criminal record will not come up on a background check after your expungement since your record will be sealed from general public view.
